मामला १६ मई को गया स्टेशन की है गया से दिल्ली जानेवाली स्पेशल ट्रेन Train No. & Name: 02823 / BBS NDLS से यात्रा कर रहें थे श्री अशोक कुमार मिश्र जी एवं उनकी पत्नी भारती मिश्र जी | जब श्री मिश्र अपने बोगी के सिट पर पहुचे तो उन्हों ने देखा एक महिला और एक लड़का उनकी सिट पर बैठा हुआ है | श्री मिश्र ने टीटी को बुलाकर जब कहा कि फर्स्ट क्लास में कैसे लोग बिना टिकट के घुस गए तो टीटी के पास कोई जबाब नहीं था फिर श्री मिश्र ने टीटी से बर्थ को सेनाटैज करने को कहा तो टीटी ने इंकार करते हुए कहा इस समय हमारे पास कोई कर्मचारी नहीं है तब श्री मिश्र ने उससे शिकायत रजिस्टर कि मांग कि तो उसने शिकायत वही भी देने से मना करदिया | जब श्री मिश्र ने ट्रेन के संसाधन का हाल देखा तो और चौक गए , रेलवे जहाँ साफ सफाई का दावा करती है वही इस ट्रेन ०२८२३ जिसका किराया राजधानी से भी ज्यादा है वैसी ट्रेन में गंदगी का अम्बार पाया | आप सभी को बता दें ऐ दोनों वरिष्ट नागरिक है और इन्हें इसप्रकार कि कठिनाई फर्स्ट क्लास की यात्रा में हुआ तो आप अंदाजा लगा लें श्रमिक स्पेशल और बाकि ट्रेनों का क्या हाल होगा ?

रेलवे का इतना ही नही है धोखाधड़ी में भी रेलवे अब एक नम्बर पर है | श्री मिश्र जी के साथ रेलवे ने वायुयान टिकट में भी धोखाधड़ी की आज तक इनका पैसा नहीं दिया जबकि वे लगातार मेल करते चले जा रहें है |
